You know, it's a double edged sword. I hate spam and spend a good deal of time in the morning having to sort through it. One legit email can get thrown in to my spam filter and I need to make sure that it gets answered, so even though I have my spam redirected into a special folder, I still have to go through it all...
But the other side of it is that people may use the one touch spam elimination feature of the new hotmail and possibly miss emails from old friends who have tracked them down, newsletters that they have signed up for and all sorts of things. Plus, we have a newsletter that is completely voluntary, is very easy to get taken off of (type remove in the subject line and hit return) and STILL we get reported to spam companies. It's like walking a tightrope sometimes. How does everyone else handle it?
