I don't know how you'll be able to interact with a US Bank easily, so, you will want to choose a bank that you can get the money to. Or find a multi-national bank that has locations near you that can open a US account for you. Citibank, Ing, DeutscheBank, etc come to mind as banks that are available in Europe & the USA. I'm assuming you're in Europe where PayPal doesn't support your local bank. Another alternative might be to find another country near you, travel there to open an account. PayPal doesn't require US Bank accounts.

However, since you're posting here, you probably work in the adult industry, and, that itself is against PayPal's Terms & Conditions. So, tread lightly.
