This time of year is really nice -- its hot enough that all the women wear those cotton skirts that blow gently in the breeze, and wear those nice tight tops and walk around with their well tanned bodies. Or the bikini with the sarong that is slightly revealing, hinting at the long legs that could..... Oh, that's right, its pretty much like that year round.
