RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://([a-z0-9-]+\.)*yourdomain.com [NC]

There's no trailing slash or checks if Referer is only http://yourdomain.com = you can make yourdomain.com to a sub-domain (http://yourdomain.com.fusker.com).
