I'm always thankful when I receive a rejections notice.. perhaps a bit embarassed about messing up in the first place. Even if it's for a rule I think is assine. Makes it so much easier to either fix the problem or take that linklist off my recip table. Then I'm happy and I'm not annoying that webmaster by breaking their rules. Bitching about the rules on their list equals biting the hand that feeds you... never know what other linklists that webmaster might own or how they could lend you a hand in the future!
Because I like knowing what's up with sites I build, I do send out rejection/acceptence emails on my linklist; although since I switched to submitters having to be approved for an account by me, most are the approved kind. Some of my long-time submitters get thumbs up notes from me too hehe.. mine's not a big list and I'm really glad to have reliable people taking the time to submit.
I think some of these angry webmasters need to take up yoga and get some inner peace!
