It looks as if they are going to lock up and 84 year old woman because she has refuse to pay the increased amount of her council tax charge. She paid the basic charge plus a 2.5% increase to allow for inflation - the extra increase is contrary to the governments election promises.
We certainly know how to recognise the real criminals - 4'10" 84-year old pensioners are much more of a threat than the school bullies that drowned one of their class"mates".
