I would highly recommend NOT using the auto-submit feature of an autosubmitter. Many submitters just use the program for its organizational features, and just submit and review over the form manually (it takes less than an hour for a few hundred).
In that case, I'd recommend both AdvancedSubmitter or Chameleon Submitter, and spend at least a day doing a database of your own.
Both programs are pretty cheap, and if you want to get your foot set in the right spot, it's best if you actually spend money to get money.
