Just on a quick glance these are the things I notice that I would change if it were me:
1. Mouseovers in your sponsor codes
2. Text with your banners...surfers are pertty much banner blind anymore
3. Remove a gallery. You only need 20 pics for a free site. Why give them more for free when it isn't necessary?
4. Keyworded meta tags on all thumbs and banners. Makes for good SE food!
5. It helps to change your gallery layouts so that the surfer doesnt know exactly where your ads are and where the pics are...make them look around
6. On the few banners you do have text under...make it stand out and grab the surfer. Bigger font, perhaps different colors, and make it get their dick hard! Don't use the same text under different banners. If it didn't get them hot enough to click the last time they read it, then it probably won't this time either. Same with the "Click Here For Free Access" text you have in the middle of each gallery. If they didn't click it on gallery one, your chances on the next gallery getting a click through on it is even slimmer than on the first.
