OK, I purchased your product through one of your partners. It took me weeks to track you guys down. There wasn't much contact information on yoru web page.
When the prdouct was finally installed nothing worked. The content that I loaded was not used for testing and I could find NO docs.
By then it was about 3 or 4 weeks after I paid for it so I figured it was just time to cut my losses. I then had a small modification written for aWiz

To put it simply, IT WAS NOT A TRIAL, I wasted weeks tracking you down, the install never worked and I paid to have a product installed, which never happened.

Ray's Strongbox is a great product though and I hope this partnership doesn't affect that.
