I have been dealing with this guy over and over and over again. He alone will be the major inspiration for whatever new cheater blocking I add to my script. He's currently submitting as "Thomas" (I think) - and I'm going to let him continue 'cause he'll be a good test case. No, I'm not concerned about him reading this. Like that would ever happen.
