I don't have a problem with them myself. The only ones I have seen, I enter an email address in the box, and never leave the page. The tour continues as usual. Am I missing something? It seems to me it never really interrupts the flow of the surfer, and there shouldn't be a problem with the guy continuing on to sign up. If the sponsor later sends an email, and convinces the guy to buy something, then good for them.
