right I can’t vouch for everyone and I apologize for calling AdultWebWare a POS.
However, that was my impression of what was installed on my server 16 months ago. I don’t know why it was giving error message. I don’t know why a couple of pages were 404. I don’t know why I never received a follow up email announcing the install with some instruction or what to do with it. I can only speculate on those issues and right or wrong we know exactly where that leads. My feelings are installs are serious things with testing and follow up communications as part of the process. No testing means wasting my time.
You’ve certainly taken a turn in direction from your email 10 months ago when the best solution you provided was for me to sign up to the VIP mailing list.
I’m sure your product works great for some folks but that was not the case in my situation. It didn’t work for me and as far as I could tell it didn’t work at all. My comments on this board are really not very different then comments posted by you on GFY about a competing product quite some time ago and that’s my main reason for being so harsh. That product was installed successfully, came with follow up communication and has been working flawlessly ever since.
Obviously your company has come a long way in 16 months. You have phone numbers now. Maybe you respond to ICQ messages and maybe it doesn’t take days or weeks to track you down.
That’s all a big improvement but my past experience and impressions still stand until I have a reason to change those impressions.
