Exactly. My rules are more strict than my actual "policy." Give me a decent looking recip that follows my guidelines and you're golden. Ignore my wishes completely and you're banned.
I know a lot of people think we're overly anal about our recips, but - right or wrong - there is method to our madness. Mostly.
