With the rotting wood, you could dispose of it the way one of my former neighbors used to get rid of sticks and rocks from his yard. Toss it all over the fence. He's now serving time.
He was an already dis-barred attorney who was arrested for walking down the middle of the road during a winter's night wearing sweat pants, a ladies blouse, high heels, and a vile of crack in his hand. I believe the arrest was due to the crack, not the poor fashion sense of high heels with sweat pants, though I consider that equally as criminal.
