Still windy here and in the mid 70’s. This cool front has really been windy as hell, gust up to 40mph this weekend.
2 weeks ago I was surfing a natural preserve near us for some ideas of things to do/see and I found a banner to a bed and breakfast in the area, I clicked on it and got a 404, when I looked at the url they had name.com/index.html”
I removed the “ and got their site, liked what I saw (we love B&B’s) and wrote them an email telling them the advertising they had paid for wasn’t working and I explained why and how to fix it.
I forgot all about it until today when I was looking for a email I sent and came across the email I sent telling them their link was fucked. I went to the site and find the link has been fixed.
Not even a thank you email.
Nice way of getting new customers.
