I agree with MML- it's the eye of the beholder. I often refer to them as semi-mature. When people submit to my TGP's mature category and the chick doesn't look mature enough, I put them into my MILF category. On my link list, it often depends on which recip they used. My wife is 32 and I have friends who refer to her as a MILF eventhough they're older than her.
