I Used to work full time,run a small business after hours then come home and work on the computer. Average sleep was 4-5 hours a day ,some times I might get 5 hours every 2 days.
I can tell you from personal experience that when you continue to burn the candle from both ends all you achieve is total burnout twice as fast.
Sooner or later your health will tell you to stop.
Well at least I hope it does.
Not everyone is fortunate enough to survive the first warning or smart enough to listen to it.
I made the foolish decision to chase wealth at the expense of health and paid the price.
Do not make the same mistake !.
Money is useless if you do not live long enough to enjoy it .
