Depends on a lot of things. Page Rank (not sure why, LOL), Dmoz listing? SE hits? What SE terms and spots (how many first page)? Total daily traffic? How long online? Back Links? Link Pop? Script(s) easily movable? Site popular with submitters?
And of course monthly income and more importantly monthly income potential? Meaning has the site been neglected so it could be making more.
