Sunny Dollars does have a place to get bulk codes. It would be that HUGE button that reads "Bulk Linking Codes."
CE Cash also has bulk codes for their mags. It is the button that says "Show All Linking Codes" that is on the banner page for the mags, you have to scroll down a bit to see it.
On a side note I just noticed that CE Cash works much better in Safari, go figure, lol.
