Q-man is a scammer who took $340 dollars for me to build free sites that he never produced for me. I paid him April 3rd and he was supposed to finish them in 11 days. When I caught up with him on April 20th, he claimed that he had been ill and was 'behind'. It's now May 6th and he no longer responds to emails or icq messages. Avoid this guy.
There has also been previous evidence that he's stolen designs.
He posts on many boards under the alias of 'Q-man' and is also using 'xxxworker'. His known domain is fetishwebmasterclub.com and he also previously had another domain called LXCash.com
