I'm guessing that it is DangerDave's rules holding up iTunes for Australia's release.
I know that iTunes is important for me. It's not just about a constant supply of fresh music but it is important to have something to balance out my sod and shoe obsession.
Looks like my dns is still propagating so I have an excuse to take a day away from the computer again. This has to be the smoothest move that I've ever gone through.
