Similar thing, although not on such a scale as described by you, happened to me recently when I added another server/host for my galleries...

Since I had a history with all sites who rejected the new nameserver for being blacklisted I simply sent those few webmasters an email pointing out how many reliable webmasters they were blacklisting...

Actually: my first host [phatservers] appeared once on a number of blacklists, too, and I was fortunate enough to know several really long established large TGP submitters who are with them, so I just sent out a list with all their names and domains.

These things can happen from wrongly set-up scripts and gallery checkers, and servers can end up on the blacklist without the webmaster even knowing about. [I managed last week to get myself blacklisted with my own TGP - for the second time already - and I still don't know how!?]
