Nice ideal, except most TGPs/MPGs don't accept FHGs or pages on anything but html.
Generally FHGs are only used by the TGP/MPG owners themselves, and I don't think they would bother with the recips except as maybe a backhand way to redistribute some traffic to their other sites.
