What could be interesting is have a profiling system where you can enter the alleged scammers name, email, details of their scam, etc, and a thread is created. An email is then automatically dispatched to that person telling them this profile exists, who created it, and a link to it so they can come and defend themselves.
But I don't think we need this. I have my own shit list. It's not very long thankfully.
