Yep, finally my land is getting logged. Before looking at all the land the logger told me he would give me a lowball figure of $30k. I saw him yesterday and asked how it was looking and he said, "you have some really nice Cherry trees". The figure was a definate lowball.
The way it works is the buyer shows up once/week with their trucks and gives us a price. So, after tomorrow, I should have a good idea how much money my $15k land will bring me.
