I did find some very confusing reading regarding US Producers doing non-US shoots and have asked for clarification. For data recording purposes, I have what I need for this client, but, that is one confusing law as written.

I'm writing a script for "new" content. That is, as you upload content there will be a an admin panel where you can assign the various info and download in csv format.

Thats an easy import to Excel.

Am I missing something. Access seems like overkill?
