Smile Aw...how sweet...

You guys thought of me.

As UW stated- yeah...shortly after getting back from VN I moved to Florida.

I'm in the heart of Orlando now.

Went through a bunch of stress as people often do when they move.

I was nearly psychotic in wanting to get the new Toyota Avalon- which is selling at some 200%-300% expected sales.

Waited for my FICO to pop above 700 before I went to the dealer.

After weeks of trying to find an Avalon I ended up getting an Accord EX-L with Navigation.

Honda made it too easy.

So, I got my car Friday the 13th...no problems.

Was finally able to go grocery shopping Saturday and stock up.

Sunday I checked out where the Real Estate school was and being across from Office Depot I picked up a computer desk and chair on sale.

Monday I started Real Estate school.

8AM-6PM 7 days in a row.

It was brutal and unlike most people I didn't get my text book in person...

3hrs homework every night. Miss a night and you're fucked.

Dealer forgot to have me sign for the title and had to go there 1 night. Had to drive back to Clermont to pick up some shit from my friend's house - who I was staying with until I could move in here.

Worst of all- there was no time to put anything together and I was exhausted.

Then I learned that one could submit the application to be approved by the State to schedule the test prior to passing any class test.

That annoyed me since there's a 4-8 week time period before the State does an FBI check and says you're OK to schedule the State test.

Grrrrr.

Then I learn that the State test is just $32.50 and you can take it as many times as you can schedule it...basically like every 3 days.

Was under the impression it was $152 and needed to wait 30 days if failed.

That's the case for the class test.

Learned that if ya fail the class test one can:

1) Wait 30 days then just take the class test over
2) Retake the entire 63 hour course + take the class test

Either option is the same $100.

Had I passed there is no provision for taking the class over at that reduced rate...normally $399.

So, I was thinking...

OK. I have at least 30 days before I can even schedule the state test.

This is all short term memory non pragmatic stuff...teacher says to take State test *as soon* as you can after class.

So, after being 2 days behind I didn't do any homework.

It took me 5 days before my scleep schedule clicked from GOING to bed at like 3AM to waking up at 6:45AM.

Took the test this past Tuesday night which is when I UPS'd my application.

I promptly failed it, but did far better than I thought considering I never read a page from the book with a 49 out of 100.

Now, for $100 I can schedule a class that ends about 1 month from now having read the text in full.

I will abuse the crap out of that teacher and make sure I know everything inside and out prior to State test.

There are free Prep courses as well each weekend.

I'll probably take the $59 Math class too. It's not hard Math, but ya need a financial calculator and there are some formulas to memorize.

No 1 thing is really hard, it's just a vast collection of information to know 100% that is tough.

On average 70% fail the state test 1st time they take it. On Average 75% fail when they retake the state exam.

I plan to pass it the 1st time.

Anywhoo, I had just installed all my web apps yesterday and although I have enough money to last 6 months or so I figured I should start submitting again.

I haven't submitted anything since early February.

I need to get a bit more settled 1st though.

Joined BJ's which is 1 mile away- I'm about 1 mile from http://www.mallatmillenia.com/html/ for those of you in FL.

I need a huge amount of basic shit like iron and ironing board, plates, etc...

I'm also 30lbs overweight and really need to use the Aprtment complex gym here which is pretty good.

I'll start submitting my smut again, just need to get into some sort of a routine and get more settled.

l8r peeps!
