I recently bought a set from Adult Stock Photo and there were no documents of any kind in the zip. From your FAQ:

This clearly isn't good enough if the new 2257 passes. Will you be adding the necessary docs to your sets in the future and honor requests for docs from previous buyers?
I think you have great content at a reasonable price, so I hope you will.
