MY BAD... I been seeing Delay so much on the news I forgot he is not the Speaker of the House and therefore not the 3rd man in line.
Dennis Hastert is the Speaker of the House.
Not like it would ever happen since god loves the gop only, but if there ever was a case for impeachment and charges of crimes, it would be this.
