The DOJ can't order foreign servers to shut you down.
Just one piece of the puzzle that is helpful to foreign WMs. Probably does nothing for US WMs, except they may have a hard time finding them with no 2257 info posted.

One sponsor is pulling their host and free content, and replacing it with FHGs. Not sure how much traffic they will lose. But, they didn't really get the ideal that FHGs with recips can't be submitted either.
