Ann, it is my feeling that any "picture" based system is pretty much at risk if it is operated by an american company or individual. Picposts are really at risk, because they are not linking a thumb but a whole image, and there really isn't much way around that at all.
Some people think they will still be able to run thumbtgps... it's going to be a very softcore world out there.
