You only need it on a sexually explicate image. Nothing sexually explicate about that image.
I guess some might say that it is sexually explicate but until someone can define exactly what is sexually explicate and what is not I say that image is a science pic showing the inner workings of human anatomy for educational purposes to further broaden the knowledge of the human race for the good of all.
