Sounds good if you just want to convert the traffic and get some quick cash.
If you're looking into building a brand or establishing your name as an expert for something you definately should not buy the advertising because it might give you a bad reputation to those 100k visitors who would see it.
Nobody likes adware!

By the way: I'm not French, but am able to understand and write a bit ;-)
