I really don't have a problem with people submitting a few galleries a week or here and there. My main thing is I just want a group of people that I can trust won't break the rules.
My TGP has been live for a week and I've already had some rather stupid submitters already. When I'm reviewing the galleries and I see its partner submitted it automatically gets more weight (high ranking) and I don't have to spend as much time reviewing it for flaws, popups, dialers, whatever, etc.
