Yeah - have any of the complainers bothered to check & see if they are gold?
This isn't that hard of a concept to follow - they are only allowing their content to be used by webmasters that they approve (because of the 2257 docs they'll have to supply) It has nothing to do with any hosted galleries that they have or text links that you use to promote them - you just have to have permission to use their free content now - no permission means your account is canceled.
(I do promote Naughty America but I have no real ties to them & this is all just honest opinion)
