Like ronnie says - dont waste your money - most of the software out there is banned by Google and will definitely hurt you way more than ever help you - once you have submitted by hand to maybe 10 sites - the rest will find you on their own - More important is getting link trades with reliable sites - dont pay for it - just build up good relationships with people here to get good link trading
Also dont get sucked in to link building software - its also a waste and most people that get the emails from it will blacklist you as well
