LOL. I hope no one takes that as racist. Well my bother and I dont speak much spanish so we hired a good guy. What I find funny is his name is Frank. He is the only mexican person I know with that name. Anyway he gets $15 per hour the rest of the crew get between 7 and 9 bucks, plus we buy lunch and pick them up every day. All in all at times I think I should just go move to running that full time. THe business does well, but those guys work there asses off cutting about 30 lawns a day in surrounding housing development complexes that my bro got the accounts for. Funny the numbers at the end of the week are high has hell but after payouts it always amazes me how much business pay out to run. Made me have a whole new respect for running one and understanding profit margins. I dont argue much anymore with people when I'm looking to buy something. I know they are working just like me in order to make ends meet. Well most of them.
