There's more to this issue than willingness or unwillingness to serve, and I didn't hear anyone disrespect the military except for UW, who is both disrespectful of everything and a vet.
There's a broader issue here. Does anyone think this "database" will be used ONLY for the advertised purpose? Even that purpose is suspect, especially considering school districts will be extorted with federal money in order to force their participation. This has all the overtones of an Orwellian nightmare.
