Yep!!! You are still supposed to be compliant until the rules get changed.
Did see though that their filing even says that they will not be proscuting post facto regarding the new model ID requirements(maybe some other stuff). I will wait to believe that when it has actually been incorporated in the law, and not some lawyer running his mouth. In the meantime you may want to stop tossing content for now.
