Not offering, at least not ATM

This recently came up in a conversation I was having with a friend so I'd like to get some opinions from others. In still photos, in the absence of soundtrack or back story, it's conceiveable that bondage with penetration could be argued to be r@pe since the person bound cannot physically avoid being penetrated. As a lifestyler myself, I well understand that it's not r@pe and can in fact be a whole lot of fun, but I accept the possibility of the arguement in the United States of The Bible Thumpers. I also understand (Canadians correct me if I'm wrong) that in Canada it's specifically illegal. Does anyone have any hesitation listing bondage sites with penetration?
