No offense here but get serious and end this ridiculous discussion. Noone is going to allow you to build sites like that.

Do you really think doing this would be okay for link lists? I built this for my OWN link lists to list in. This thread has gone on long enough that if any link lists were going to allow them they would have come in here and supported you by now.
Find a new solution to building free sites in leu of the 2257 laws.
