I've only been building sites for 5 months now so i still have a lot to learn. Getting traffic in adult is almost too easy (not that i have made a big commitment to it yet)

I completely agree - the adult industry is so much more helpful.
Some of what I have learnt in adult I have applied to mainstream - and as adult webmasters seem to be a bit more up on the share factor I have got some good advice from a few of those who do both mainstream and adult.
