Fuck those fuckin' asswipe bag licking shitstains!!!
Bought 2 plane tickets today and went thru the process and got to the end to pick the seats preferred (which I've done a dozen times) and when it all got processed instead of the charges being $759 it was $823. $64.20 extra for "Advanced Seating Selection".
I must have missed the fine print with the fees when picking out the seats and when I called to complain the lady said I actually have to fax their billing department (even though she said I wouldn't get a refund). I got a fax back saying "Our current response time is 10 business days".
So I called my credit card company to say I've been overcharged and they cannot do anything unless AirCanada does not provide the seats or the flight I booked.
Here's the kicker. I say to the lady I've booked seats online before. She said yes but with Tango (their sister discount division) there are charges for doing that but NOT for the actual AirCanada flights, booking seats with them is free. I said it's aircanada.ca, the same damn web site.
What a fuckin' ripoff. $64.20 will mean they will NEVER get my business again. EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER. Did I say EVER? hehehe
