A hub is kinda like your own private linklist, you can do anything you want with them. I have
http://www.extremelyhotbabes.com where I just made a list of my own freesites (looks like shit I know). But you can put anything you want on there like hosted freesites and stuff like that. Throw in some linktrades, maybe a little toplist and get some traffic rolling on there.
My other, more succesful, hub is my LinkList
