This is what I have,
For each niche I have two Ad Campaigns, one for the top spot and one for the side spot.
Then I have two Linked Zones that I use for my non niche specific ad spots, one for the top spot and one for the side spot. I pull in from my Ad Campaigns for this.
I also have separate Advertisers for surfers and webmasters.
