The newsletter page is using a php include. Meaning the Header and Footer are being drawn from a different page. This will make changing the entire site very very easy next time. We will have 3 files to change instead of over 200.
Of course to do this...we now have over 200, closer to 300 pages to change. This should be done by end of week. Maybe faster with search and replace.
