There was a case for spam that they and some others agreed to pay the feds for the no no. Being they paid I guess theres not need to say they "might have" but in the article it stated that they and some others where paying "Others" lol to advertise their site. I take that as webmasters signed up at their site and spammed the shit out of people and they got in trouble. Paid out over 1/2 a mil to the feds. I guess the guy who calculated the payouts forgot the put the "what if" in the figures. Maybe he is looking for a job now. The post is still here.
