I guess they better not reveal it then if its a 3 yr penalty - BTW what type of "penalty" are you referring to? Are you kept from registering stuff for three years, or some other type of penalty?
Good thing the ICANN made whois data publicly freely available data so we could post whois info since we dont have access to customer data
