Agreed...the site may not follow the standard layout, but it also doesn't break any standard rules.
I'd have no problem listing it
I ran across a site owner a few months ago who's initial decline mail was downright rude and nasty. He actually went so far as to say that I should rethink my business model. Needless to say, I no longer submit to him.
There are a handful of site owners out there that seem to have more than a bit of a Napoleon complex
Fortunately, they are in the minority. There are far more site owners who are more than reasonable.
