When I talked to this attorney Monday to seek more info. I was told he had sent these out to hundreds of people/businesses. Now if he gets 10 people to pay that 10k Cheryl will get 100k minus the attorney fees. not to shabby of a shake down scam. (Just my opinion, he might have a case I dont know).
Thats the real problem anyone can sue anyone for anything, for any reasons. just a waste of court space and time.
